Privacy policy

What we access

• Google Drive: only the drive.file permission, which means only files this app creates itself (a "Video editor" folder and the videos placed in it). We cannot see any other file in your Drive.
• Notion: only the pages and databases you tick in Notion's own picker. We create one page per approved video in the database you choose.
• Slack: the videos you upload in the one channel the bot is added to, and the messages in those threads.

How we use it

Only to produce your video edits and save them where you asked. Videos are transcribed and edited on our own server; they are not sent to third-party AI services. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models.

Storage and security

Access tokens are stored encrypted in our secrets manager (Infisical), never in our database or logs. Working copies of videos are kept on our server only as long as your agreement with us requires.

Your control

You can revoke access at any time: Google (myaccount.google.com, Security, Third-party connections), Notion (Settings, Connections). Email goudarnandeesh@gmail.com to have your data deleted.
